The Tradition of Quality Service Continues...
After graduating from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 1941, Claude D. Lutton spent four years in the army during World War II as a special agent in the Counter Intelligence Corp. In 1946, he returned to downtown Ashland, Nebraska to practice law with the goal of providing quality legal services for residents and visitors of Saunders County.
Since 1946, the Firm has broken down simple and complex issues for its clients. Committed to providing quality service and making sure clients understand their choices and actions, Lutton Law Office has helped thousands of clients during some of life's most intimidating circumstances.
In 1982, Claude was joined by his son, David N. Lutton. David, a third generation attorney--thanks to his Grandfather John F. Peters--was an addition that inspired the formation of Lutton Law Office. The two tackled tough issues, dissected difficult problems, and aided the growth of the City of Ashland through their legal services and continued community service.
In 1999, Claude passed away leaving David to continue the family tradition. David continued working under the Lutton Law Office name until 2015 when the Firm transitioned into a LLC and hired a second attorney, Catrina K. Harris. In 2019, Lutton Law Office added the services of Liz N. Flynn, daughter of David and granddaughter of Claude, as a third attorney.
